in remembrance DONALD - Andrew (Andy) unexpectedly passed away on February 27, 2004. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Carolyn; daughter Suzanne; his son Steve; granddaughter Megan; as well as relatives and many good friends. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2004 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Andy's life at 2:00 pm. at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 - 28th Avenue, Surrey. Dear Clients and Friends of Andrew Donald: It is with a heavy heart and much sadness that I am writing this letter to inform you that your Financial Advisor and our dear associate, Andrew Donald, passed away on Friday February 27, 2004. For many of you, he was a long-time friend and trusted financial advisor. His wealth of financial knowledge, his caring attitude and his deep concern for all of you that he dealt with will be missed by all of us. Andrew had prepared a letter, just as a precaution, prior to his open-heart surgery operation. Here is an excerpt from his letter, "I express thanks to all of my clients and friends for their confidence and support over the years". Andrew also made arrangements for his son, Steven Donald, to take over the servicing of his accounts and business. Steven is well qualified to handle your accounts and has been fortunate to have been mentored by his late father. During this difficult time, Steven will attend to Andrew's funeral arrangements so I ask you to please give him some time and support to deal with the loss of his dear father. Andrew had requested that his associate, Mr. Pervez Patel, immediately take over the stewardship of your account should you require immediate assistance. This is another excerpt from Andrew's letter, "Please be assured that your account is being well taken care of by the various professional fund company managers and that both Carrie Young and Jennifer Murnaghan are available to deal with your day-to-day business needs". In addition, members of our head office in Toronto are also available. Should you feel the need to have further assistance you may speak with our Manager of Compliance Mr. Stu Beaudoin.
